Description

Folio 135, Marlborough Street.

Information: theft of a silver watch, two gold seals, one silver seal, one gold key, a steel chain on 23rd March [1828], Compton Steet, Soho, victim: Dennis Metheringham.

Elizabeth Cooper, accused of theft of one bed, one bolster, two sheets, and other articles, victim: Charles Adams, outcome: Committed for further examination.

Mary Anderson, accused of counterfeit of one half-crown, victim: Richard Maloy, outcome: Committed for further examination.

William Henry Mitchell, accused of theft of two pounds of mock-turtle soup, victim: Thomas Allen, outcome: Discharged but committed for wilfully breaking one pane of glass.

Mathew John James Samuel Warner, accused of intent to commit felony, Regent Street, victim: Charles Edward Viner, outcome: For further examination.
