Description

Folio 134, Union Hall.

James Weldy and John Jones, accused under the Vagrant Act being found in a dwelling-house for an unlawful purpose, Lambeth, victim: Joseph Bayley Haynes, Esq, outcome: Committed for three months hard labour at Brixton.

Henry Bailey, accused of feloniously attempting to break into a house, Newington, victim: Elisha Turner, outcome: Remanded.

Cornelius Fitzgerald, accused of stealing four dead bodies, Newington, outcome: Admitted to Bail.

John Rooney, accused of stealing seven tame rabbits, Newington, victim: William Bartlett, outcome: Remanded.

Margaret Farrell and Daniel Boland, accused of Being common utterers of counterfeit coin, outcome: Discharged for want of evidence.

John Bowden, accused of stealing a pair of shoes, Saint George, victim: Robert Bradford, outcome: Committed for trial at the Surrey Assizes.

George Peters, accused of stealing a silver watch, Camberwell, victim: Thomas Eades, outcome: Remanded.
