Information: Theft of a chaise harness, Vauxhall Tap, victim: Mr John Wisbey.

William Hunt, John Wilson and George Hall, on re-examination, accused of felony, outcome: Discharged.

John Phillips, accused of felony, outcome: Surrey Assizes for trial.

John Morgan and Alfred Garner, on re-examination, outcome: Discharged for want of evidence.

Joseph Pocock and William Toms, accused of extortion, victim: Alfred Garner, outcome: Remanded.
