Robert Cripps, accused of violently assaulting, beating and wounding his wife who is now in hospital, victim: Ann Cripps, outcome: For further examination.

James Shaw and John Mara, accused of stealing a hat, victim: William Humphries, outcome: For further examination.

John Farrell, accused of assaulting and obstructing the constables and endeavouring to rescue Shaw and Mara from custody, outcome: For further examination.

John Baker alias Snell, accused of stealing a horse, victim: John Hazlewood, outcome: For further examination.
