Description

Folio 82, Union Hall.

Information: Garden gate broken open and a copper, two game hens and three coach axletrees were stolen, Green Man, Old Kent Road, victim: Mr John Brown.

Information: Breaking into, entering and stealing a large silver chased mug, one half-pint ditto and several other articles, Saville Row, Walworth, victim: Mr Richardson, reward or information: Ten pounds reward on conviction.

Richard King, convicted under the Vagrant Act, accused of intent to commit felony, Wandsworth Road, Lambeth, outcome: Committed for three calendar months hard labour at Brixton.

Benjamin Tanner and James Boyce, accused of felony, outcome: Discharged for want of evidence.

Mary Long, accused of stealing two snuff-boxes, Lambeth, outcome: Remanded.

Eliza HIll, accused of stealing three gold seals, Lambeth, outcome: Remanded.

James Kipping, John Hinckley, accused of committing burglary, Mitcham, outcome: Committed for trial, Kingston Assizes.

Charles Tanner, accused with Kipping and Hinckley, outcome: Discharged from his commitment and admitted an evidence in his Majesty's behalf and committed to Kingston for want of sureties.

William Bolton and Lewis Sadgrove, accused under Vagrant Act, with intent to commit felony, High Street, Peckham, outcome: Committed for two calendar months hard labour at Brixton.

William Munton and Susannah Munton, accused of stealing a coat, New Cut, Saint Mary, Lambeth, victim: Lyon Levy, outcome: Discharged for want of evidence.

Reported crime: Two snuff-boxes found on prisoner Mary Long.

Reported crime: Three gold seals found on prisoner Eliza HIll.
