Description

Folio 82, Thames Police.

Information: Shop broken open and a violin and bow, a silk umbrella and several other articles were stolen, King Street, Tower Hill, victim: Mr Joseph.

William Davis, accused of felony, outcome: Discharged as to felony but convicted of a misdemeanour and committed to hard labour in House of Correction for two weeks.

Ann Phillips and Martha Park, accused of unlawfully possessing one half peck of coals, Tower Hill, outcome: Convicted of misdemeanour and fined ten shillings.

Richard Oakley and William Hedge, accused of unlawfully possessing one deal plank, Lambeth, outcome: Convicted of misdemeanour and fined forty shillings.

Archibald Butter, accused of unlawfully possessing three pound of sigars, two bottles of pepper, two bottles of pickles, four balls of soap and half pound of mustard, West India Docks, outcome: Discharged.

James Beadle, accused of unlawfully possessing two bushels of coals, Rotherhithe, outcome: Convicted of a misdemeanour and find twenty shillings.

Alexander Clark, and William Webster and Michael Mead, accused of unlawfully possessing one peck and three pints of Brazil nuts, London Docks, outcome: Convicted of a misdemeanour and fined ten shillings.

John Walker, accused of stealing one bed, two blankets, one coverlid and one pillow, Shadwell, victim: Joseph Pym, outcome: Committed for re-examination.
