David Morris, accused of stealing one axe, Saint Catherine's Docks, victim: William Arnold, outcome: Newgate for trial.

David Morris, accused of stealing one adze, Saint Catherine's Docks, victim: William Mason, outcome: Detained.

David Morris, accused of stealing one foot-square, Saint Catherine's Docks, victim: John Facey, outcome: Detained.

James Wicks and Charles Westbury, accused of Breaking and entering the dwelling house and stealing ten silver spoons, and other goods, Earl Street, Westminster, victim: John Cleere, outcome: Newgate for trial.

Thomas Smith, accused of attempting to break into an out-house, Acton-green, victim: John Meyer, outcome: 3 months, to the House of Correction, as a vagrant.

John and Elizabeth Cater, accused of stealing one counterpane, one blanket, and two pillows, No. 85 Drury Lane, victim: John Teevan, outcome: Discharged.
