Description

Folio 37, Marylebone.

Information: Breaking and entering and theft of a quantity of plate and other property, victim: Mr. Huggins, Stafford Street, Lisson Grove.

Edward Breene and Edward Johnson, accused of Unnatural misdemeanour, outcome: Remanded for further examination.

William Mann, accused of stealing one wooden paling, victim: Alexander Wilson, outcome: Discharged.

Joseph Smith, accused of stealing two horse-cloths, Grove-place, Paddington, victim: Thomas Boulton, outcome: Committed for trial.

Richard Denman and William Tilks, accused of stealing two loaves of bread, Devonshire Street, Marylebone, victim: Alexander Davis, outcome: Remanded for further examination.

John Jones, accused of carnally knowing and abusing his daughter, outcome: Held to bail to appear when called.

William Daniel M'Millan, accused of assault with intent to ravish, victim: Mary Bond, outcome: Committed for re-examination.
