Folios 321-322: Thomas Wolley, HMS Arethusa, off Havre. Advising that in accordance with orders he has directed the Thames, the Camilla, and the Hyaena, to proceed to Spithead. Also, having received intelligence of three privateers being ready to sail or already at sea from French ports, he has directed the Eurydice to cruise to the east of Cape Antibes until the approach of the next spring tides. Also intends to have the Snake and small vessels out of this port and towards the island of St [M?] and Cherbourg for the same period. Also notes that all but three of the ships appear in a 'dismantled' state and that all the men have been sent into Brest, as was confirmed by a fishing boat they took the previous day.
