Folios 282-283: Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch. Enclosing the answer received from the Chief Magistrate at Lincoln, after he had applied to the court for two marines 'taken up as stragglers' to be returned to the ship. Regrets the necessity of asking their Lordships to intervene on the matter. Folio 284: enclosure with folios 282-283. Letter dated 11 October 1799 by John Parsons, at Lincoln, advising Captain Wolley that having given information of the commitment of William Hill and Francis North to the Admiralty, he cannot now return them to the ship.
