Description

Folios 272-273: Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch. Notes that in consequence of the enclosed letter and a report from the officers sent to survey the stores and provisons of the gun brig Bruizer saying that Lieutenant Bruce had informed them that some of her stores were ashore, in storage at Norfolk, he has withdrawn his order for a survey. Folios 274-275: enclosure with folios 272-273. Letter dated 10 October 1799 from Charles Johnston and Lawrence D. Bruce, on HMS Bruizer, saying they have agreed together that the stores will be delivered up from Johnston to Bruce, and would thank Wolley to recall his order for a survey.
