Folio 260: Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch. Reporting that the sloop mentioned by the Collector of Customs at Hull in his letter of 23 September 1799 has now sailed with provisions for the Texel without convoy, since neither the Phoenix lugger nor the Bruizer gun vessel had been ready for sea.
