Folios 213-214: Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch, [River Humber]. Advises that having had a request from Commander David Lloyd of HMS Termagant, to carry out a survey on Lt Jeffrey Moulding, he encloses the resulting report for their Lordships' information. Folio 215: enclosure with folios 213-214. Dated 31 December 1798, and signed by Robert Dunkin of the Nonsuch, Jenkin Jones of the Selby and James Moffat of the Termagant. They report that they have been on board the Termagant to examine Lt Moulding and find him afflicted with epilepsy and nervous debility. They think him unfit to serve and advise his being sent to sick quarters.
