Folios 197-198: Charles Wollaston, HMS Cruizer, Harwich. Encloses a report of a survey on Lieutenant John Hutchins, and requests direction. Folios 199-200: enclosure with folios 197-198. First, a letter from James Walker, captain of HMS Braakhel [Brakel], and senior officer of HM vessels at Harwich, to the surgeons of the Cruizer and the Harwich, and the surgeon's mate of the Braakhel. He has received a letter from Captain Wollaston saying that Lt Hutchins is suffering from a nervous complaint. Directing them to proceed about the Cruizer to survey Lt Hutchins's state of health and report back to him. Second, the letter reporting on this survey from the surgeons, Bernard [Kuirnan?] of the Braakhel and Edward Baxter of the Cruizer, saying they find Hutchins should be sent to sick quarters, being afflicted with a nervous complaint.
