Folios 191-192: Charles Wollaston, HMS Cruizer, Harwich. Has been ordered here by Admiral Dixon to have the ship's defects made good. However, they have found she has a bolt under her hull which is protruding abreast of the fore chains. Even by hauling her on a slip the builder says he could not get at it. Asks if their Lordships would direct as to whether he is to refit the ship or not.
