Folios 163-164: Josiah Wittman, HMS La Suffisante, Plymouth.
Advising that one of his crew, a seaman called Francis Blanch, having been sent in to Plymouth in a prize, had been put on board the Cambridge on a supernumerary list, and thence transferred to the Bellona, which has now gone to the Mediterranean for a lengthy time. Asks that Blanch may therefore be discharged from the Suffisante, and entered on a supernumerary list for wages only.
