Folios 145-146: George Wilson, London.
Writing to request that his ship, HMS Bellona, may be fitted with 32-pound carronades on her quarter deck and forecastle, instead of her 9-pounders, while receiving her usual preparation at the Noor. He says he has real confidence in the effectiveness of carronades, especially as the ship is weak in the upper works.
