Folios 391-392: Charles White, HMS Vestal, Humber. Reports his arrival yesterday evening from a cruise and has since received orders from Vice Admiral Dixon [Archibald Dickson] dated 11 May 1799 to take charge of the Baltic Trade from here that may be ready by the 15 May 1799 and see them safely to Elsinore.
