Folios 358-359: John Chambers White, HMS Windsor Castle, Hamoaze. Reports taking command of HMS Windsor Castle and found lost of faults with her rigging, only three of the 9 Lieutenants have joined. The Purser not being superceded in HMS Saturn, Captain Thomas Totty objects to his leaving that ship an the Purser informs me that he has completed her in every respect, request he be directed to join HMS Windsor Castle.
