Reports his arrival for refitting and with dispatches from Rear Admiral Charles Morice Pole addressed to Vice Admiral Sir Thomas Pasley [(Baronet Pasley of Craig)]. Inclosed [Inc.] is a copy of the order I received from Rear Admiral Charles Morice Pole and also the state and condition report [Not Inc.]. Reports that on Monday last we passed 3 sail of the line which I suppose to be Rear Admiral George Cranfield Berkeley with HMS's Mars, Ajax and Ramillies.
