Copy of a letter [from Viscount Weymouth] to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland [the Earl of] Buckingham concerning the embargo against trading to northern ports arising from an order in council dated on 29 May 1778. He is to issue the necessary orders to remove the measure, in pursuance with a further order of council which is enclosed [enclosure not filed here]. Dated at St James's.
