Folios 197-198. A letter from [Sir] Ri [Richard] Heron enclosing a letter from 'our speaker' [of the parliament of Ireland, Edmund Pery?] for his nephew who is in Naples [letter not filed here]. Heron's wife has a fever, meaning he has had to defer his 'thoughts of England'. Dated at Dublin Castle.
