Description

Folios 173-174. A letter from [Sir] Ri [Richard] Heron to Sir Stanier Porten. The Greyhound revenue cutter of St Ives [Cornwall] Richard John commander was chased by twelve French men of war. Dated at Dublin Castle. Enclosed: A letter from John Newman, Collector of Kinsale [Cork] to the Customs Commissioners, Dublin, [filed in SP 63/461/185].
