Folios 370-371: Richard Williams, HMS Gorgon, Tagus. Reporting his arrival with the French brig from Nantes and the Balloon of Dartmouth from Newfoundland. Dispatches from Earl St Vincent has gone by packet. Remaining at Tagus with HMS Camel and Serapis his store ship and Le Espoir brig.
