Folios 368-369: Richard Williams, HMS Gorgon, River Tagus, Lisbon. As he found that Admiral Thomas Lenox Frederick has sailed from Falmouth before his arrival there and knowing the want of stores in the Earl St Vincent Fleet, he tried to overtake the convoy but failed. Following a skirmish with the French has taken the [Hemina?] of Nantes brig and Balloon brig of Dartmouth to Lisbon.
