Folios 342-343: Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch. He encloses a Certificate of Substitute for Sam Spoors belonging to HMS Agamemnon as ordered by the Admiralty.
Folio 344: enclosure with folios 342-343. A certificate dated 20 October 1798 signed by Captain Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch. It records that William Southern came on board as an Ordinary Seaman in lieu of Samuel Spoors who belongs to HMS Agamemnon.
