Folios 338-339: Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch. He reports that eight Dutch prisoners who were seized by HMS Pylades are still on board HMS Nonsuch puruant to the order dated 10 May 1798 of Captain Dundass, Senior Officer on The Humber. Originally, he was told they would have to remain on board until either they were picked up by the vessel they were on originally, which was flying Prussian colours, or until that vessel was condemned. The agent in Hull has told him there is no likelihood that either of these courses of action will occur. He is concerned for the prisoners as they have insufficient clothing and winter is approaching.
