Requests an order be made to pay him as captain of HMS Peterell from 7 August - 26 November 1796. States he actually took command of the Peterell on 27 November 1796 but was a passenger on various ships, including the Victory from the time he was superceded from the Aurora on 6 August. [Asking he be paid for the time it took to reach his ship?]
