Folios 394-395: George Blagden Westcott, HMS Majestic, Plymouth. Reports his arrival as per his Orders from Admiral Lord Bridport. Explains he had attempted anchorage at Cawsand Bay but was unable to due to a heavy squall and the difficulty of gaining a safe anchorage with six ship of the line already there.
