Folios 261-262: John Watts, HMS Prince Frederick, Woolwich. Advises that he has received a letter from the Commissioners of Victualling asking when the ship would be ready to take on board her provisions, and that the dockyard is also ready to take the ship into dock. Requests directions on further proceedings and also asks for an account of the complement of Officers and men for the ship on her present establishment.
