Folios 213-214: Robert Watson, HMS Isis, Yarmouth Roads. Requesting a Warrant as Master at Arms for James Morris, Ship's Corporal, to replace the late Master at Arms who has been discharged unserviceable. Advises that James Morris has been in the Service many years and two years as Ship's Corporal for HMS Isis during which time he has always proven to be a diligent, careful and sober Petty Officer.
