Folios 185-186: Frederick Watkins, HMS Resource, Woolwich. Explains that the accompanying accounts were delivered to him today by John Dixon, Captain, HMS Gorgon and which had been forwarded Friday last to the Commanding Officer at Greenhythe and from there sent to the Nore, only to be returned with directions to deliver them to the Senior Officer at this Port to be transmitted to the Admiralty.
