Folios 267-268: John Wood, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reports that Mr Andrew Brown, Carpenter on HMS Hound, being totally incapable of attending his duty. Requests the Surgeons of the Yard and Sick Quarters to examine. HMS Hound is ready to receive stores on board and request someone be appointed to attend to this.
Folios 269-270: enclosure with folios 267-268. Letter dated 21 June 1796 by Robert Bellas and W Baildon. Certificate stating that Andrew Brown, Carpenter is unable to do his duty due to a large wound to his head.
