Acknowledges receipt of the directions to enroll all such men, not actually seamen, who shall voluntarily enter themselves to serve my Gum Boats, Fire Vessels tec. that may be employed for preventing any attempt of the enemy for making a descent upon the Kingdom. These will be complied with.
