Folios 179-180: James Sykes, [Agent for Robert Winthrop], Arundel Street, Strand. Covering letter fro the enclosed [Inc.] Commission dated 26 August 1796 appointing Robert Winthrop Captain of HMS Undaunted and request this be confirmed.
Folio 181: enclosure with folios 179-180. Letter dated 26 August 1796 by John Thomas Duckworth, [HMS Leviathan], Commodore and Commander in Chief. Warrant placing Captain Robert Winthrop as Captain of HMS Undaunted.
