Folios 163-164: enclosure with folios 161-162. William Mouniery - 2nd Lieutenant, Thomas Hodgson - Master, James Glaze - Surgeon & James Collis - Purser, HMS Savage, Downs. Dated 31 October 1796. To Grosvenor Winkworth. States that Mr Charles Montagu Fabian 1st Lieutenant has behaved in a very unbecoming manner and request he be removed.
Folio 165: enclosure with folios 161-162. Letter dated 1 August 1796 by Charles Montagu Fabian, HMS Savage, Downs, to Grosvenor Winkworth, HMS Savage. Understanding from Mr Knight that you will look over this business. He will try to quit the ship in a month.
