Folios 266-267: Isaac Wolley, Regulating Officer, Lynn. Acknowledging directions that the embargo of 13 February 1795 upon all British Ships and Vessels was lifted ion 2 December 1705 and that he should now execute his orders to conduct the Impress Service as usual. Explains there are 45 men at Lynn and 3 at Blakeney still wanting and asks whether the Bounty should continue to be paid in advance of the whole number being raised or when the all have been enrolled.
