Folios 264-265: Isaac Wolley, Regulating Captain, Lynn. reports that all the Creek Ports between Lynn and Blakeney have been visited by the Surveyor and all the vessels examined and registered as required by the recent Act. No vessels have come within 10 miles of the Rendezvous who are not properly registered. Asks for Philip Watts form Deptford Yard, who was assisting him, to be recalled.
