Folios 262-263: Isaac Wolley, Regulating Officer, Lynn. Encloses the return of Barges admeasured at Lynn from 14 August 1795 to 14 September 1795. No barges have come within ten miles of the Rendezvous in the last week which have not obtained a Certificate of Registration. Offers his services to examine and register Barges at Wells, Blakeney and Clay [Cley].
