Folios 261A-261B: Isaac Wolley, Regulating Officer, Lynn. Reports that several Owners and Masters of vessels have not taken out Certificates of Registration nor painted the names of the Owners on the vessels as required by the recent Acts of Parliament. Requests Orders to seize the vessels and exact penalties. Explains that he has tried to make the Act as public as possible and threatened to impress the Masters of the vessels who have not followed the directions.
