Lieutenant Pearse has been sent to Leeds at the request of the Magistrates to attend the Sessions at which about 30 men would be ready. Says he cannot depend on Lieutenant Pearse's punctuality as he has had several reports that Pearse is often in a state of insanity and made several attempts to take his own life.
