Letter from Lord Weymouth to the Lords of the Admiralty enclosing a copy of Harcourt's letter dated 12 December and its enclosure [folios 214-217] regarding the fisheries in Lough Swilly and desiring their Lordships 'will enable' him to acquaint the Lord Lieutenant with the directions they may think proper to give thereupon'.
