Letter from Lord Weymouth to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty enclosing a copy of Harcourt's letter of 25 November [folios 198-199] and that it is the King's pleasure that they give such orders as they shall judge expedient for convoying the merchant ships from Ireland to Great Britain whenever consistent with the King's service in other respects. Dated at St James's.
