Letter from Lord Harcourt to Lord Weymouth acknowledging Weymouth's letter of 22 November: 'I desire that Your Lordship will lay me at His Majesty's Feet for this gracious condescension to my most earnest Wishes, and allow me to make my sincerest acknowledgements to Your Lordship for this early communication of an Event that gives me the most entire satisfaction'.
