Letter from the Earl of Buckingham to Lord Viscount Weymouth acknowledging receipt of the latter's letter of 9 June 1778 approving an additional allowance for the Commander in Chief, and interposing on behalf of the said Commander in Chief for the additional allowance to be continued for the duration of the ongoing disturbances. Dated at Dublin Castle. Enclosed: Folios 289-290: Letter from the Commander in Chief to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland regarding the term applicable to his additional allowance. Dated at 23 June 1778.
