Letter from Lord Viscount Weymouth to the Earl of Buckingham advising that the necessary orders have been given for the vessels destined to load the tents for the officers in His Majesty's army in Ireland to be permitted to sail for Chester to Dublin, provided they do not carry more seamen than are absolutely necessary for their navigation. Dated at St James's.
