Folios 249-250. Letter from the Earl of Buckingham to Lord Viscount Weymouth regarding leave for Lieutenant Colonel Vallancey to proceed to England to lay the 'Military Survey of the Second Division of Ireland' and also the 'Surveys of the Harbours of Corke and Kinsale' before the King. Dated at Dublin Castle.
