Folios 222-226. Letter from Lord Viscount Weymouth to the Earl of Buckingham regarding '3 public bills' approved by the King in Council on 10 June 1778 and two others which were not approved until the following day. Lists are enclosed to explain the titles with amendments. Dated at St James's. Enclosed: Folio 224: A list of amendments made to the act for the encouragement of tillage and rendering the carriage of corn to the city of Dublin less expensive. Folios 225-226: A list of amendments to the two bills which passed the Council on 11 June 1778, namely (i) the act for the encouragement of tillage; and (ii) an act to explain and amend an act for the better regulation of the linen and hempen manufacturers.
