Description

Folios 107-114. Letter from the Earl of Buckingham to Lord Viscount Weymouth regarding the opinion of the Attorney and Solicitor General that Frederick Christian Rynhart has proved his claim to the title of Earl of Athlone and Baron Aghram [Aughrim] as great grandson and heir male of Godart Baron de Ginckle, first Earl of Athlone. Dated at Dublin Castle. Enclosed: Folios 109-110: Copy of the petition of Frederick Christian Rynhart. Folios 111-112: Statement of William Henry Earl of Rochford regarding the ancestry of Frederick Christian Rynhart, sworn before William Weller Pepys on 8 April 1778. Folios 113-114: Report of the Attorney and Solicitor General on the petition of Frederick Christian Rynhart, dated 11 May 1778 and signed by John Scott and Robert Hellen.
