Description

Folios 97-102. Letter from Lord Viscount Weymouth to the Earl of Buckingham regarding the petitions received relating to the right of immediate descent of the title and dignity of Viscount Fermoy, which are to be referred to the Attorney and Solicitor General of Ireland for opinion. Dated at St James's. Enclosed: Folio 99-100: Petition of David Roche Esquire, son of the late James Roche Esquire, counsellor at law who claims the title of the most noble and ancient family of Viscount Fermoy in the Kingdom of Ireland. Folios 101-102: Petition of David Roche Esquire, son of the late James Roche Esquire, counsellor at law who claims the title of the most noble and ancient family of Viscount Fermoy in the Kingdom of Ireland.
